Know Your Customer (KYC) risk management

FRAMETEXX designed and developed the Gatekeeper Web-Service to integrate an automatic black-list check into your enterprise process flow.

E.g. the US Treasury Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) provides identification of individuals and organizations with whom your financial institution should not do any business with, due to terrorist or illegal activities.

The Gatekeeper Web-Service compares the current OFAC restricted persons and organizations with addresses and institution names stored in your ERP system. An advanced searching and scoring algorithm reports hits in online or batch processing mode.

The Gatekeeper Web-Service covers:

• Multiple search directories with manual or automatic update capability
• Normal, phonetic, german, advanced search engines using a multi-threaded architecture
• Basic and advanced scoring algorithms
• Reporting hit lists
• Data export (e.g. xml, csv)
• Statistics

Integration

For complete integration into your local workflow the following add-on modules are available:

• Online interface from/to TEMENOS T24™ for inspection of transactions. (e.g. FT, LC)
• Batch interface from/to TEMENOS T24™ for mass data inspection. (e.g. CUSTOMER, SIGNER)
• Web Interface for manual checking.
• Interfaces to other ERP systems are available on request.
